You're doing everything right with AI.

And something still feels off

AI Without Anxiety is a private audio course for leaders who are already deep in AI and ready to engage with it from clarity instead of anxiety. Nine episodes. No screens. Just the conversation you've been needing to have with yourself.

HARVARD CONFIRMED

what you already feel, AI doesn't reduce your workload. It intensifies it. You're learning faster, working longer, and doing more than ever.

And that quiet weight you're carrying? It's not a personal failing. It's a pattern — a predictable one, with a name and a mechanism and a way through it.

what I keep seeing

A leader walks in. Smart, driven, already using AI. Knows more than most people in their organization. Doing all the right things.

And they're exhausted. Not from the work — from the weight of it. From the sense that no matter how much they learn, the ground keeps shifting. From a quiet erosion of confidence they can't explain and don't want to admit.

They think the problem is that they need to learn more. Or move faster. Or finally find the right framework.

IT'S NOT THAT

The problem is something you can't see. A blindspot — not a gap in their knowledge, but a pattern in themselves that AI is surfacing for the first time. A strength that's quietly flipping into a liability. An identity that's more fragile than they realized. A brain that's being asked to do more with less support than it's ever had.

I'm a psychologist. Seeing what people can't see about themselves is literally my job. And this podcast is the intervention I wish someone had built two years ago.

The Differentiator:

An AI course teaches you about AI. This teaches you about you in relation to AI.

This is for you if…
You recognize yourself in one of these:

You're The Knower

You've taken the courses. You read the research. You know more about AI than anyone on your team — and you still feel behind. The more you learn, the worse it gets.

Your blindspot: you think the answer is more knowledge.

You're The Achiever

You've always been the one who delivers. Now you're working harder than ever — not because anyone asked, but because slowing down feels like losing.

Your blindspot: you think you're being productive. You're protecting an identity that's under threat.

You're The Driver

You're handling this fine. But your team is struggling and you can't figure out why.

Your blindspot: you can't see what they see. And what they see is shaping whether they stay.

What YOU'll GET

Nine episodes + one bonus. Each one is about fifteen minutes — the length of a walk, a commute, a swim. Audio only, on purpose. I didn't want to add another screen to your day while I'm talking to you about protecting your attention.

The episodes move through a journey: from naming what's happening (the expertise paradox, the identity disruption, the cognitive dimension) to building what you need (your personal AI standards, your inner infrastructure, the conversation to have with your team).

01

Episode 1: The Expertise Paradox
Why more learning creates more anxiety. The psychology behind how expertise becomes vulnerability — and what to do once you see the mechanism.

02

Episode 2: The Identity Beneath the Tools
What to anchor yourself to when your professional value feels like it's shifting. The most personal episode.

03

Episode 3: Protect Your Brain
The MIT research that changes how you use AI. Why people who think first get better outputs and build long-term cognitive capacity. The "Think First" protocol that makes both your brain and your AI use stronger.

04

Episode 4: What You Can't See Is Running the Show
Dr. Jenny's proprietary blindspot framework. Twenty years of coaching distilled into what matters most right now.

05

Episode 5: Standards, Not Just Skills
Your Personal AI Operating System: Clarity, Boundaries, Quality, Rhythm, Review. What strategic AI use actually looks like — and how to build yours.

06

Episode 6: Building Your Inner Infrastructure
Three pillars — psychological, physiological, relational — that sustain leaders through disruption. Which one is weakest for you?

07

Episode 7: Leading Your Team Through This
Your team's resistance isn't a training problem. It's a trust problem. How to lead when you're navigating your own uncertainty.

08

Episode 8: The Gift of Enough
How to define sufficiency in a world that never tells you you've arrived.

09

BONUS: The Body You Lead In
Hormones, brain health, and the physiological dimension of AI — including what nobody tells women about perimenopause and cognition. Understanding your body gives you your power back.

10

A companion workbook
Reflection prompts and frameworks for every episode. Not busywork — real thinking.

Personal emails from me
After each episode, I send you one question. Hit reply. I read every response.

Your team is feeling this too

Here's what you might not realize: while you're managing your own experience of AI, your team is watching how you handle it and they're drawing conclusions.

Microsoft researchers found that the strongest predictor of AI adoption on a team is not training or mandates. It is peer influence — whether colleagues feel safe experimenting, sharing what works, and learning from each other. And employees who feared falling behind were less likely to adopt AI, not more. Fear doesn’t drive adoption. Safety does.

This series doesn’t just help you. It gives you the language, the frameworks, and the self-awareness to lead your team through this — without pretending you have it all figured out.

The most important leadership you do right now isn't what you say about AI. It's how you are inside of it.

A little
about me

I'm Dr. Jenny Churchill. PhD in Counseling Psychology. MBA. Nearly twenty years coaching VP- and C-suite leaders through the hardest seasons of their careers.

My dissertation research studied what predicts leadership effectiveness under pressure — comparing elite swimming coaches with C-suite executives from YPO. I trained at Harvard Medical School in Women's Health and Menopause medicine. I'm a former national champion swimmer and still in the water at 50, logging 200 miles this year because the pool is where my best thinking happens.

I use AI every day. I'm not here to tell you to stop. I'm here to help you see what's actually happening — so you can engage with it from a place of clarity instead of anxiety.

I'm also a woman of faith. That shows up gently in this work — as a lens for meaning, not as an agenda.

the research
behind this series

This isn't based on vibes.

The frameworks in this course are informed by:

  • BCG Henderson Institute (HBR, 2026) — AI brain fry: cognitive fatigue from intensive AI oversight, and why strategic use reduces burnout.
  • UC Berkeley Haas School of Business — AI intensifies work rather than reducing it.
  • MIT Media Lab — How AI shapes cognitive engagement, and why thinking first produces better outcomes.
  • McKinsey & World Economic Forum — "Brain capital" is the most underinvested asset in the global economy.
  • Microsoft Research — Experts expend more cognitive effort with AI, not less. Peer influence drives adoption more than mandates.
  • Amy Edmondson (Harvard Business School) — Psychological safety as the #1 predictor of team effectiveness
  • Alzheimer’s Association 2025 — Cognitive reserve and long-term brain health data.
  • Plus my own dissertation research on trust and leadership under pressure.

things you might ask

Is this Anti AI?

No. I use AI every day. This is about using it well — strategically, sustainably, and without losing yourself in the process.

How is this different from an AI course?

An AI course teaches you about AI. This teaches you about you — in relation to AI.

I'm not a C-suite exec, will this work for me?

If you're a leader at any level feeling the psychological weight of AI, this will help.

one more thing

The leaders who sustain through disruption aren't the ones who learn the fastest. They're the ones who know themselves the most deeply.

That's what this podcast builds. Not more AI knowledge. Self-knowledge — the kind that holds when everything else shifts.
